Robinson Club to open a new resort in Maldives
The German-based premium holiday brand Robinson Club is set to open a new resort in Maldives. They published the announcement of their plans on a second property in the island nation on Thursday, 28th May 2015. The hotel chain mentioned that the second holiday resort in will be set in Noonu Atoll in Orivaru Island 200 kilometres north of Male’ City, and will open in autumn of 2016.
The luxury resort will be named Robinson Club Noonu. The Director of Robinson Club Dr. Ingo Burmester stated that, it will be a holiday destination where single and couples can relax and party in a stylish ambiance surrounded by stunning landscapes. He also added that the new holiday property in the Maldives will open as one of the three Robinson FeelGood® clubs.
The new addition to the list of Robinson Club Resorts in Maldives, Robinson Club Noonu will be on a private island of 130,000 square metres with its own turquoise lagoon and fine sandy beaches. The property will also house a total of 60 water villas, 50 beach villa and 40 two-storey villas with high quality finishing. It is expected to be finished and opened by the end of 2016.
Robinson Club which operates 23 resorts worldwide, opened its first Maldivian holiday property on Funamaudua Island in Gaaf Alif Atoll. The five star resort is called Robinson Club Maldives and Has 76 private villas placed along the shore secluded by a garden of green and 25 luxurious villas set over the crystal clear lagoon surrounding the pristine island. It is the first of its kind to be opened the traveler’s paradise, Maldives.
