Diving in Maldives

Maldives as a magnificent diving spot is respected by scuba divers from all four corners of the globe. A diverse diving topology and an explosive abundance of marine life has made Maldives one of the best dive spots in the world.

You can dive in Maldives either from the holiday resort you are staying in or from a liveaboard (safari vessel) which will take you to multiple dive spots during your journey. Most resorts come with international standard dive schools which offer diving licenses via diving courses in multiple languages. You can be a novice or an experienced diver, or you may wish to attain a higher level of diving expertise, and these dive schools will help you. Usually you will be taking out a boat during the day (or night) to explore different dive spots in the vicinity. If you wish to sample the underwater life of Maldives from a more extensive menu, a liveaboard will be your best option. These vessels sail through different atolls and offer dive trips to diverse locations in the country with the help of in-house expert divers and quality dive equipment.
